Things I do and need:

• Need supportive seating due to a spinal issue, preferably with a raiseable desk.
• Primarily wear headphones to concentrate on my work, by blocking out some of the ambient sound.
• Easy taken out of a task if colleagues interrupt me while in hyper-focus work mode.
• Benefits from spaces to rest/nap.
